Fantastic journey from beginning to end. This marks our third purchase from Health Beds, and honestly, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The folks in the showroom were super helpful and knew their stuff, while the delivery team was really careful and polite. It’s a nice touch, especially when the product is so comfy and well-crafted. Definitely recommend!

I strongly advise against purchasing a bed from this business.

Once they’ve got your cash, the customer service goes downhill fast. I had to file a chargeback with my bank just to get my money back. The bed I received was not suitable and was damaged by their staff while attempting to maneuver it up the stairs. They just left it there, didn’t assemble it, and won’t return my calls. Now, I’m left without a bed for Christmas. I’m absolutely appalled by their service.

The mattress topper showed up today and is already on the bed! It was packaged well, so thanks for that. Healthbeds offers fantastic products, excellent service, and pays great attention to detail. I've been a loyal customer for more than 25 years and I just keep returning. Definitely gonna buy again.

A really helpful young guy went over the options with me, and there was zero pressure. They’ve got a huge selection of beds. I ended up purchasing one from the Smeaton Brothers Ultimate Collection, model 1000. It’s a beautiful bed and super comfy. The delivery crew was courteous and put in a solid effort, even taking my old bed away and setting up the new one just right.

We recently purchased our bed from Healthbeds for our new home. Not having a clue where to begin, we got some solid advice from a friendly sales assistant who helped us narrow it down to three options. A couple of weeks later, we returned and chose the ‘cool comfort’ mattress along with the bed and headboard. The staff were super informative, and we never felt rushed into making a choice. The bed is really comfy and looks amazing! We’d totally recommend getting your bed from this place because of the excellent service and the wide selection of high-quality beds available.

I recently purchased an Enviro-Lux 3200 from Healthbeds, and I gotta say, the bed is of superb quality, plus their customer service is outstanding as usual. My husband and I have been getting beds from them for over three decades, starting at their store on Sarah Street in Ferham. A couple of our friends, my mum, and both our kids have also just snagged beds, so what more can I say about recommending them? More importantly, being able to support a local business with a lovely family history while getting a top-quality product in today’s retail world is just fantastic - thanks a bunch!

Health beds appeared just when I needed them. I saw one of their vans while driving and decided to ask about it. Now, I can’t be pushed into buying anything I don’t really want or need. Walking into their showroom and realizing what I was truly lacking led me to invest in my HEALTH. What an amazing, local, family-owned shop! From the start of my inquiry to buying our new mattress, we've been really impressed with the warm service. Their mattress toppers hold up well over time (I've had mine for ages!) which is hard to come by in store-bought options. Now, any family member who tries one wants their own! This mattress is quite comfy, but I noticed some little dots showing up after just two years, even though I always used a cover. When I reached out to the company, they explained it’s a reaction between the mattress chemicals and the detergent I use for my sheets. My daughter has the same mattress, and she’s seen the same problem. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing a health bed mattress again.
